Outside the Lower 48:

3. Shipping Costs
Domestic Orders: Flat rate $800
- Flat-rate shipping may apply to certain devices—see checkout for details.
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico? Contact us for a quote.
International Orders:
- $800 Flat International rate
- The seller is responsible for customs, duties, and taxes.
- These fees are not included at checkout.
No Hidden Charges:
Everything is calculated and shown before you place your order.
4. Order Processing
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST are processed same day
- Weekends & Holidays: Orders ship the next business day
5. Estimated Delivery Times
U.S. Orders Devices:
- All devices are pre-order
- Production time: 10-12 weeks
- Shipping: 40 days – door to door
U.S. Orders Accessories:
- Shipping: 10-14 days – door to door
- $20 flat rate shipping

6. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

7. Delivery Issues
Delayed or Missing Deliveries:

Damaged Packages:

Who Pays Return Shipping?

- Us: if the item is defective or wrong
Refund Time:
Within 14 days of receiving the returned item
Funds go back to your original payment method
