Returns & Cancellations

At Wellness Zone, we take pride in offering high-quality wellness equipment and recovery tools. While we stand behind our products, we understand that returns or cancellations may sometimes be needed.

Please review product details carefully before ordering. Some items may have specific return restrictions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Large equipment (including Roll Shapers and other machines)
  
  
• Custom-built or made-to-order products

🛠️ Note: These items are still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If any parts are defective, they will be repaired or replaced under warranty terms.

🚚 If the product was shipped via freight, it’s fully insured. Follow our shipping policy and we’ll replace any item damaged during shipping at no cost to you.

How to Return Eligible Products

To qualify for a return:

• Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  
  
• Product must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories
  
  
• You are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged

❗If these conditions are not met, your return will not be accepted.

Return Fees & Details

• ✅ 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  
  
• ✅ 3% processing fee for all credit card refunds
  
  
• ✅ Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance—we are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments
  
  

Order Cancellations

Because most orders ship directly from the manufacturer, we process them quickly.

To cancel your order:

• ⏰ Within 3 hours: Contact us right away for cancellation. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll issue a full refund minus 3% processing fee
  
  
• 📦 After shipment: You may refuse delivery or return the item (if eligible). Return shipping, restocking fee, and processing fee will apply
  
  

Refund Process

Refunds are issued after your return is received and inspected by our warehouse.
You’ll get an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
